A lovely and quiet little hotel, with a great location right off Park Ave and steps from the subway. Enjoyed Park Ave (closed to cars Sat) and Madison Square Park nearby. Nice rooftop bar. Crisp, clean room that was surprisingly spacious for NYC. Cute sitting areas downstairs. Lots of nice extras like a complimentary wine at the rooftop and our room was ready early. Friendly staff. Incredible coffee shops, bars, and restaurants in area. Exceeded expectations!

staff were very helpful and accommodating. They definitely made it worth the stay. It was clean and met our basic needs. The evening happy hour was a nice touch to the stay. They also got a mini fridge for our room which was super helpful.

Convenient location. Clean rooms. Friendly reception staff. Free coffee and bottled water. Good air conditioning. Breakfast not provided but there is a great bagel place two doors along the street.

The staff are great: so friendly, so helpful. Chuck at the door is the beating heart of the hotel, a man with a welcoming smile, takes the time for you is always ready to help with whatever you need. It's a boutique hotel that ticks a lot of boxes, rooms are quiet and perfectly comfortable.

The room was great, beds were narrower than in other hotels but that was expected for a room in NYC. The room was clean and in good shape, the shower was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet. I wish all hotels would do this and this was the main reason we chose this hotel over others nearby. Friendly staff. Quiet. Lack of included breakfast wasn't a problem because there are great options right nearby. Location location location. Will stay here again.

Room was surprisingly comfortable. Decor was not as fussy as appeared in pics, and the bathroom was a nice size for NYC. Staff was super friendly. Hotel was well located for my work event, but a few blocks outside the typical tourist zone. Walking to restaurants and subway, and easy access to the airports.

Updated and fresh in decor, quality , appearance and of course cleanliness . I’m very picky and I believe it was lovely.

The location was perfect to where I needed to be as a central locale. Then room was nice - small- but that’s what I expected. Would be nice to include breakfast- but nice that it is offered. Hotel staff was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Well located hotel that made most things on the island walkable on our trip. Staff were great. A few doors up from a great bagel shop, so our breakfasts were taken care of. Would happily recommend.
